Terms of Service
Introduction
Welcome to Dusk Commercials Ltd ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our services, including our website and shipping solutions, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
1. All dates are estimations and subject to change without prior notice
2. Kindly note that all goods are subject to inspection by MRA in Malawi and maybe randomly opened and checked at the border.
3. Our prices include MRA duty on household goods and personal effects on assumption that they are clothes and groceries.
4. Any high valued items might attract extra costs as deemed by MRA. (Sender to bear the extra costs if any). Please always inform us if you are sending such in drums or boxes.
5. All our consignments are not fully insured. We have freight liability insurance. If you are sending vehicles or high valued items, kindly arrange to buy marine insurance separately.
6. Breakables in drums or boxes are not insured and not claimable in case of damage.
7. TVs are not insured. In case of screen damage, shipping cost plus a maximum of £100.00 can be claimed for old TVs of all sizes and shipping cost plus a maximum of £150.00 for 40” to 55” brand new TVs and £200.00 for up 75” brand new TVs.
8. Kindly note that our company operates in accordance with the British International Freight Association (BIFA) standards. We are a qualified member, meaning we have no any liability on partial losses and have limited liability in the case of complete loss of billed/invoiced items.
9. Goods must be collected at destination point within 2 days of notification otherwise stored at owner’s risk and subject to disposal after one week of being notified.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services to any customer at our discretion, especially in cases of fraud, violation of these terms, or abusive behavior toward our staff.
10. All goods with outstanding invoices will be kept on hold at owner’s risk and subject to disposal, without owing anything to the owner, after a week of being notified.
11. This contract is only between the sender and Dusk Commercials Ltd registered in the UK. We do not bear any responsibility to the receiver.
